For member and gym operational data, the gym that uses IronPulse Gym is normally the data controller. IronPulse Gym provides the software and technical service used to store, display, and process that data.
Depending on how a gym uses IronPulse Gym, the system may process global member-account data, verified email and optional phone data, a platform member code, separate gym member profiles, membership data, attendance and visit-duration data, class and facility bookings, staff/manager data, messages, announcements, technical logs, device/platform information, push-notification tokens, IP address, and security events.
Optional health and fitness progress data entered by a member may include body weight and weight history, height, target weight, body goal, and related progress information. When both height and weight are provided, the app calculates a BMI reference. These features support personal fitness tracking and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
IronPulse Gym does not use advertising tracking, sell personal data, or share data with ad networks.
We process data to provide member app features, gym management features, manager dashboards, account security, audit logs, troubleshooting, support, onboarding, backups, and service reliability.
Data may be visible to the member, the connected gym, authorized gym staff/managers/owners, IronPulse Gym technical support where needed, infrastructure providers used to operate the service, and authorities where legally required. Optional push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. We do not sell personal data.
IronPulse Gym uses authenticated API access, role-based permissions, tenant isolation, encrypted member contact data at rest where implemented, HTTPS/tunnel transport for remote access, audit logging for critical actions, and restricted administrative access.
Data is retained as long as needed to provide the service, support accounts, maintain operational records, meet legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups.
Members can request deletion of their global IronPulse Gym account in the mobile app from Settings > Delete account. After password confirmation, a 14-day cancellation period begins, normal account use is locked, and active sessions are revoked. During that period, signing in with the correct password only offers cancellation. If the request is not cancelled before the deadline, identifying account data, credentials, active tokens, push registrations, and gym-profile links are removed or unlinked automatically. Gym-controlled legal and operational records may be retained.
Deletion can also be requested without the app by following the public instructions at https://ironpulse.uk/data-deletion or emailing ironpulse.support@gmail.com.
Some billing, attendance, tax, safety, operational, backup, or dispute records may need to be retained by the gym or IronPulse Gym where required by law or legitimate obligations.
Depending on local law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to processing of their personal data. Requests can be sent to ironpulse.support@gmail.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy as IronPulse Gym changes. The latest version will be published at https://ironpulse.uk/privacy.
